How do I switch on my Rose?

To turn on your Rose, simply hold down the power button for 2 seconds until the LED power light illuminates. Then press the power button to explore the variations and enjoy!

Can I return my item after purchase?

The Rose Garden accepts any returns of products in unopened tampered packaging 14 days after purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for any opened products due to our hygiene policy. If your product is returned for a refund in an open/tampered condition, this will be disposed of and not refunded. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of return.

How long will my Rose take to arrive?

 How do I clean my Rose?

All our products should be cleaned after use to avoid bacteria contamination by using a mild soap safe for your body and gently wiping the Rose with a clean damp cloth. Please ensure the metal charging element of the product is patted dry with a clean towel and not left to air dry.

Will my item be shipped in discreet packaging?

All our products are shipped discreetly in plain packaging with no branding on the outside box allowing all customers to shop with privacy and confidence.
